MINDSHIFT Corrective Thinking Program

  • One-on-one therapeutic mentoring provided to guide youth in making cognitive and behavioral shifts that foster accountability, insight, emotional discipline, and forward-thinking strategies for self-management and decision-making. The program equips high-risk youth with the cognitive tools necessary to break cycles of impulsive, reactive, or criminal thinking.


I.M.P.U.L.S.E. (Individual Mentoring Program for Understanding and Learning Self-Control Effectively)

  • A mentoring program that ensures a comprehensive approach to teaching impulse control, tailored to the unique challenges faced by youth in the juvenile justice and foster care systems.


LIFELINE INITIATIVE Suicide Prevention and Awareness Program

  • A program that equips therapeutic mentors with the knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to provide immediate and appropriate responses to individuals experiencing suicidal ideation. This program prioritize safety, mental health stabilization, and long-term support for youth, adolescents, and adults in the juvenile justice and foster care systems.


P.AR.E.N.T. (Parental Accountability, Resilience, Engagement, Nurturing, and Transformation) Mentoring Program 

  • One-on-one, weekly mentoring sessions to restore parental confidence, improve accountability, and support emotional growth through structured, trauma-informed mentoring for parents of justice-involved youth with severe behavioral issues.


P.A.S.S. (Promoting Attendance, Success, and Scholarship) Program

  • A unique, mentor-driven program that combines educational mentoring, therapeutic interventions, and collaborative school engagement to address the severe educational barriers faced by children and adolescents, such as truancy, chronic absenteeism, low grades, credit deficiencies, and resistance to traditional school engagement.


(Stability Through Accountability for Youth)  S.T.A.Y. GROUNDED Mentoring Program

  • A one-on-one mentoring curriculum that addresses the complex emotional and behavioral needs of youth involved in the juvenile justice and foster care systems. This program provides therapeutic mentoring that fosters resilience, accountability, and emotional stability in youth with history of running away, defiance, and placement disruptions in order to ensure safe, stable environments.



F.A.T.H.E.R.S. (Fostering Accountability, Trust, Health, Education, Responsibility, and Support) Teen Fatherhood Mentoring Program

  • An evidence-based, trauma-informed, culturally responsive mentoring and education model created specifically for teenage male fathers.
    This program is designed to empower young men with the skills, knowledge, resources, and personal growth tools needed to become nurturing, responsible fathers and thriving young adults.


R.E.D.I.R.E.C.T. (Reducing Escalating Delinquency & Increasing Resilience through Effective Comprehensive Treatment) Mentoring Program

  • A evidence-based initiative designed to reduce juvenile delinquency and prevent reoffending by providing personalized, one-on-one mentoring for youth at high risk of entering or already involved in the juvenile justice system. This program empowers youth to de-escalate delinquent behaviors, build resilience, and reintegrate positively into society.


D.O.V.E.S. (Domestic Violence Education and Support) Program

  • One-on-one mentoring sessions that address domestic violence awareness, prevention, and intervention. This program aims to break the cycle of violence by nurturing informed, responsible, and compassionate individuals and equip youth involved in the juvenile justice and foster care systems with the knowledge and skills to recognize, prevent, and address domestic violence.


B.R.A.V.E. (Building Respect And Values to End Bullying) Program

  • Evidence-based practices with personalized mentorship to address bullying behaviors effectively among youth in challenging circumstances. By fostering self-awareness, empathy, and leadership skills, mentors empower youth to break the cycle of bullying and contribute positively to their communities.


PROJECT SHAPE UP 

  • A comprehensive program that provide services to youth who are involved in the Juvenile Justice System designed to help them fulfill court-ordered community service hours.


G.E.M.S. (Girls Empowered through Mentoring Services) Program

  • A structured, mentor-led program that empowers girls in the juvenile justice system to complete their court-ordered community service hours while building confidence, self-worth, and life skills. This trauma-informed, gender-responsive program uses restorative justice principles and positive youth development techniques to engage youth in personal transformation through meaningful community service projects.
